Stopped at the KFC in Clitheroe — standard fare, nothing unexpected. The place was clean enough, and there’s plenty of parking which is always a bonus. I went for a saver menu burger and some popcorn chicken and had to laugh when I saw how tiny they were! Tasted fine though. Decent for a quick bite if you're passing through.
Went through the drive-through at 11.30 am to pick up 2 meals for the children ( there 29! ) couldn't hear the lady very well as she spoke super quick so kept having to get her to repeat herself, food took far to long to come and we were just left at a closed window, no one came to say there was a delay or said sorry. Also was handed a cans of pepsi instead of a drink in a cup. Also got 2 exactly the same meals and was charged more for one than the other but only realised that when I got home and scanned the receipt. Meals were good tho and I had happy children before they went off to work.
Just a KFC, food usual standard, staff are only what you'd expect from a KFC. Place was clean, food was quick. There's a McDonald's, a Greggs, and a Starbucks here too. Only complaint is that when sitting in it felt very cold but it is winter, the place was empty, we sat near the window and I was tired. It's on my list of places that's worth a stop when travelling this way. Update: went here again tonight (march 2025), it was extremely busy, drive through was queued back into the car and a queue inside to the door. The staff were doing a marvellous job. I've work in a takeaway / restaurant environment and these kinds of shifts are when every one complains when the food takes too long, they pick on the smallest error. Well, not tonight, these guys deserve a mention!!

Both myself and my wife had the mighty box for one x 2 it was really good not greasy just really good and top notch service as a young lady helped my wife with her blue card app. Thanks KFC Barrow Brook .. excellent
Really good service. I order through the app. They don't do a table service like some of the others do but it is really quick and fast when they do. You get it quite quickly and quite fast

Great service, order was correct and hot. Had to wait a few mins for more chicken, but I didn't mind that as just meant it was fresh.
